Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a regional patch from Northamptonshire to Leicester and Coventry. The role focuses on maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and client satisfaction.

Core hours are Monday to Friday (40 hours) with potential on-call duties. Benefits include a competitive salary up to £47,000, a van and fuel card, 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and troubleshoot air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, chillers).
• Perform regular maintenance (coils cleaning, filters replacement).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Inspect HVAC systems and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance/contractors for complex repairs and upgrades.
