Job summary

FORTH is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to lead service delivery for maintenance contracts on high-end buildings. The role reports to the Air Conditioning Supervisor and is office-based in Ampfield with field duties. 42.5 hours weekly, 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, permanent.

Essential qualifications include NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning, F-GAS Category 1, and a full UK driving licence. DBS clearance is required, along with PASMA/IPAF certification.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning
• F-GAS (Category 1)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check and enhanced security clearance
• Experience maintaining a range of AC units including splits, VRV/VRF, twin and mult-splits
• Able to positively communicate with client, office team and colleagues
• PASMA/IPAF

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery of FORTH’s Maintenance contracts for high-end buildings
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on site
