Job Description:

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Central Belt - Facilities Company - Up to £40,000 plus van, door-to-door travel, private health care, and great overtime!

CBW has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities maintenance company. Responsibilities include installing and servicing commercial air conditioning systems across the Central Belt, with a mix of site and facilities team work.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
• 40-hour week
• On-call 1 in 6 with additional pay

Duties Include:

• Providing technical information to clients
• Inspecting air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing faults
• Servicing and maintaining air conditioning units
• Installing air conditioning units
• Communicating effectively in writing and verbally
• Managing PPM, day works, statutory compliance, and call-outs
• Servicing VRF systems, chillers, and heat pumps

Qualifications:

• Time-served air conditioning engineer - HNC Level
• F Gas certification
• Experience in FM environment
• Driving license
• Electrical knowledge (desirable)
