Job Description:

Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in Bellshill, ML4 3NJ on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all PPM is carried out according to the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
• Complete reactive tasks and highlight areas for improvement.
• Complete paperwork related to PPM, reactive, and breakdown works.
• Update CAFM system with full descriptions of works undertaken and follow-on works required.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors' work on site.
• Respond to breakdowns outside normal hours as part of the regional on-call rota.
• Work out of hours to meet maintenance commitments.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the contract manager.

Candidate requirements:

• Recognized industry qualification and relevant experience.
• Trade qualified AC Engineer with post-apprenticeship experience preferred.
• Full clean driver's license.
• Asbestos awareness, MEWP license, and first aid training are advantageous but not essential.
• Diplomatic client handling skills.
• Self-motivated, team player, flexible, and adaptable.
• Fluent in English, available for out-of-hours standby rota.
