Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Electronic Access Systems to join our North Region team. You will commission new Onity systems at customer sites, program systems for clients, and provide telephone technical support to hospitality customers.

You will work with a team focused on safety, security, and reliability, travel across the North Region and other parts of the UK. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technician or engineering role.
• Knowledge of technical engineering/telecommunications/specialty electronics or computer systems, preferably in electronic access systems.
• Analytical thinking and customer orientation.
• Organizational capacity and task prioritization.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the North Region and other parts of the UK.

Responsibilities

• Commission new systems at customer sites.
• Program new systems for customers.
• Undertake technical revisions under maintenance contracts.
• Provide training and guidance to internal and external clients.
• Support customers with telephone technical assistance.
