Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile AC Engineer to manage maintenance across commercial sites. You will hold City & Guilds/NVQ in AC and F-Gas Cat 1, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

The role covers ppm and reactive maintenance, including chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF, and general fault finding. Hours are 8 per day with travel time included; salary around 52k plus van, tools, fuel card and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial maintenance.
• City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in AC.
• F-Gas CAT 1 certification.
• Experience with ppm and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance on splits and multi-splits.
• Re-gassing and de-gassing of systems.
• AHUs, VRV/VRF checks and chiller checks.
• Fault finding on hot and cold.
• Escort subcontractors as required.

Mobile AC Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a mobile AC engineer. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in AC as well as your fgas cat1 and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on splits, multi-splits, re and de gassing, ahu's, vrv's, vrf's, chiller checks, fault finding hot and cold, as well as basic maintenance checks and escorting sub-contractors.

Hours are 8 hours a day.

Travel time included in the 8 hours.

Salary around 52K with van, tools, fuel card as well as company benefits.

Call out is 1 in 4 £300.00 from being on call plus overtime.
