Job summary

SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to cover the Midlands and West Midlands on a mobile basis. The role involves servicing, fault-finding and installation across a range of A/C and refrigeration equipment, with a 40-hour week and a company van.

Ideal candidates will have ~5 years in the field, C&G 2 Refrigeration & AC or NVQ equivalent, and F-Gas certification. Benefits include pension, phone/PDA, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or NVQ equivalent.
• F-Gas certification is required.
• Approximately 5 years' experience in refrigeration and air conditioning servicing.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
• Fault finding and diagnosis on split, VRF/VRV and chiller systems.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and site servicing.
• Prepare commissioning sheets and service reports.
• Work as part of a weekly callout rota and provide high service levels.
