At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join us in this new, advanced clinical role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in providing equitable care for Motor Neurone Disease across the Coventry and Warwickshire region.
This post has been made possible by the MND Association for the next four years, to establish this service and work with patients, carers and other services to enhance MND care and support.
You’ll be working collaboratively with the Care Coordinator at Mary Ann Evans Hospice, where there is already an MND service, as well as other regional partners, multidisciplinary teams, neurology, respiratory, speech therapy, and palliative care services.

This role will support our work by enhancing care and support for MND and improving patient and carer experience.
It will be based on site at our Coventry Hospice, but with regular travel across the region, including home visits to patients and their families. It is a full-time role at 37.5 hours, over 5 days, per week. Job share will also be considered.
