Job summary

Ki Insurance is seeking an MLOps Engineer to join our Algorithmic Engineering team. You will help build and scale our MLOps system, enabling underwriting models to grow and scale, with autonomy to design and implement high-impact features.

You'll collaborate across the business to generalise the system for actuarial and rules-based models, mentoring junior engineers and advancing our digital underwriting capabilities within a fast-growing Lloyd's syndicate.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling MLOps platforms.
• Knowledge of model management, deployment, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, deliver, and evolve Ki's end-to-end MLOps system.
• Help productionise models and enable faster, safer deployment.
• Identify opportunities to extend the MLOps platform and improve reliability.
• Promote best practices for model governance and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across teams.
