Job summary

Ki is seeking an MLOps Engineer to join its Algorithmic Engineering team in London. You will help build and scale a production-ready MLOps platform to empower the underwriting algorithm, collaborating with colleagues across the business to formalize model governance and deployment practices.

You will work on feature stores, model registries, and monitoring, while mentoring junior teammates and driving initiatives that improve reliability and speed of delivery in a fast-paced, insurance-focused

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of MLOps system development, including feature stores, model registries, and monitoring.
• Strong ability to implement scalable MLOps workflows and governance.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evolve Ki's end-to-end MLOps system.
• Help productionize models quickly and safely across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to extend and generalize the MLOps platform for new models.
• Promote model management best practices and governance.
• Act as a knowledge hub, evangelizing capabilities across Ki.
• Mentor early-career team members and drive learning sessions.
• Align MLOps initiatives with commercial and risk objectives.
