Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Moderate Learning Difficulties.
• Help students access the curriculum and develop academic skills.
• Support development of confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualized learning strategies.
• Adapt and reinforce classroom activities to engage learners.
• Monitor and record students' progress, engagement, behaviour and wellbeing.
