Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with Moderate Learning Difficulties.
• Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing their academic skills.
• Help students build confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualised learning strategies.
• Adapt and reinforce classroom activities to ensure students can engage effectively with their learning.
• Monitor and record students' progress, engagement, behaviour and wellbeing.
