2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is recruiting a Mixing Operative. You’ll monitor documentation, keep allergens knowledge current, and ensure customer specs are met.

You’ll also order ingredients and perform stock checks, attend daily manager meetings, and communicate any schedule variances with clear reasoning. The site emphasises a chilled, busy environment with PPE provided and opportunities for in-house training and external qualifications, plus benefits like subsidised travel and parking.

Formación

• Allergen knowledge training will be given.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Good team working and clear communication are required.
• Self-motivated and highly resilient for shift work.
• Food safety Level 2 training will be provided.
• Understanding of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and complete documentation efficiently and appropriately.
• Keep knowledge of allergens up to date.
• Ensure customer specifications are adhered to.
• Order ingredients and perform stock checks.
• Attend daily meetings with First Line Managers.
• Communicate when a line schedule is off target and reasons.
• Ensure production line products are fit for purpose.
• Report machine faults to the line.
• Keep machines and production areas clean during shifts.
