Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is hiring a Mixing Operative to support a busy production line. You will monitor processes, complete documentation, manage ingredients orders and keep areas clean and safe.

You will work a rotating shift pattern with early and late weeks, earning £14.00 per hour. The role offers guaranteed hours, training, and opportunities for development within a stable, family-friendly site.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is beneficial but not required.
• Maintain knowledge of allergens and non-allergens.
• Understand Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and complete documentation efficiently and appropriately.
• Keep knowledge of allergens up to date.
• Ensure customer specifications are adhered to.
• Order ingredients and complete stock checks.
• Attend daily meetings with First Line Managers.
• Communicate when line schedule is off target and reasons.
• Ensure production line products are fit for purpose.
• Report machine faults and issues to line managers.
• Keep machines and production areas clean during shift.
