Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a Mixing Operative. You will monitor documentation, manage allergens knowledge, and ensure customer specifications are met on a busy production line.

The role offers guaranteed hours, a supportive team environment, and in-house development opportunities with an hourly rate of £14.00ph. Training for Food Safety Level 2 is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of allergens (training will be given).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good team working and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and complete documentation efficiently.
• Keep knowledge of allergens and non-allergens up to date.
• Ensure customer specifications are adhered to.
• Order ingredients and perform stock checks.
• Attend daily meetings with First Line Managers.
• Communicate when a line schedule is off and explain why.
• Ensure production line products are fit for purpose.
• Report machine faults to the line.
• Keep machines and production areas clean during shifts.
