Job summary

Holcim UK is seeking a dedicated HGV Mixer Driver to join our South East team. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, ensuring safe and timely deliveries from the Faringdon Ready-Mix depot.

You must hold a valid Category C licence, have good route knowledge of the region, and be IT literate to log deliveries. Full training provided; driving with safety at heart.

Qualifications

• Safe driver with Category C licence.
• Knowledge of the South West region to support deliveries.
• IT literacy to track deliveries using company IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer truck on daily routes.
• Deliver concrete across the South East region; based at Faringdon Ready-Mix depot.
• May operate at other plants within the region as needed; uphold safety standards.

Whether youre an experienced Class 2 Mixer Driver or new to the field, well fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Mixer driving with full training provided! Were on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focussed HGV Mixer Driver to join our team, regionally based, youll be delivering across the South East region. Responsible for the day to day operation of a concrete mixer truck based predominantly in Faringdon at our Ready-Mix depot but on occasions will be required to operate at other plants within the region.

Who you are Youll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence. Youll have good geographical knowledge of the South West. Youll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability. Youll need to be IT literate, as youll spend time learning our IT systems to track your deliveries. Youll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
