An organization supporting individuals with learning disabilities is seeking Full Time and Part Time Support Workers to join their team in Redbridge. You will provide essential daily living support and emotional assistance, helping clients to achieve independence. Mencap are seeking a Full Time, Part Time and Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Redbridge. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of four people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities at home and in the community, to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
07:30-10:00 / 07:30-14:30 / 15:30-22:00 / 14:30-20:00 + others. All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
