Cambridge & District Youth for Christ is seeking an Operations Manager to take responsibility for and ensure efficient, effective and compliant administration of the charity operations. The role involves supporting administrative, operational and strategic tasks essential to our ministries, with a passion for Jesus and enabling the mission to transform young lives.

The position is 22.5 hours per week, flexible, with a salary range of £29,000-£31,000 FTE annually.

• Experience in administrative and operational management.
• Commitment to Christian faith.
• DBS check required.
