Cambridge & District Youth for Christ is seeking an Operations Manager to take responsibility for efficient, compliant administration of our charity operations. The role supports administrative, operational and strategic tasks essential to our ministries and mission to see young people’s lives changed by Jesus.

The position is 22.5 hours per week, flexible, with a salary of £29,000-£31,000 FTE per year. An enhanced DBS check is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Cambridge & District Youth for Christ are seeking an Operations Manager to take responsibility for and ensure efficient, effective and compliant administration of the charity operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative, operational and strategic tasks essential to the charity’s ministries. We are seeking someone passionate about Jesus and excited about using their gifts to enable the mission to see young people’s lives changed by Jesus.

The role is 22.5 hours per week, flexible, for a salary in the range of £29,000-£31,000 FTE annually.

There is an occupational requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. This position is dependent on suitable references, and an enhanced DBS check will be required.

We are unable to sponsor people to work in the United Kingdom.
