Job summary

Cambridge & District Youth for Christ is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee administrative, operational and strategic tasks across the charity’s ministries. The role is 22.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule and a salary in the range of £29,000-£31,000 FTE annually.

The post requires a committed Christian in accordance with UK Equality Act 2010, and an enhanced DBS check will be required. Sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom is not available.

Qualifications

• Administrative and operations experience is preferred.
• Ability to contribute to strategic tasks
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Oversee administrative, operational and strategic tasks essential to the charity’s ministries.
• Ensure efficient, effective and compliant administration of charity operations.
• Support governance, DBS checks, references and compliance requirements.
