Job summary

Newtons Recruitment Ltd is seeking an MIS and ILR professional to drive ILR operations within a data-led learning environment. The role supports MIS processes and the monthly return cycle, ensuring accurate submissions and reconciliations.

This remote or hybrid position includes occasional in-person days (once a month) at the West Midlands office, with travel expenses covered and a strong emphasis on data quality and compliance.

• Proven ILR experience in Apprenticeships/FE.
• Knowledge of funding rules & how they operate.

Location:

Remote or hybrid (once a month in west mids office)

Seeking an effective MIS and ILR professional with experience of the monthly return cycle, validations, submission and reconciliation.

Overview:

Working for a grade 2 provider with exciting plans for the future, you will be the driving force behind ILR operations and support MIS processes to ensure a smooth, accurate, and data-led learning environment.

A typical week:

• Data inputting, upkeep, & ILR coding


• Perform compliance checks for onboarding


• Provide reliable reports to inform management
