Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an MIS Officer to support the Management Information Services team. The role focuses on accurate student data, enrolment processing, course set-up and timetabling across multiple sites. Training will be provided for MIS systems.

The post is permanent and term-time only, with location mainly at Pendleton/City Skills and travel to other sites as needed. 25.25 hours per week, salary in the band £24,770–£27,231 per year.

• Experience with MIS systems is beneficial; training will be provided.
• Role involves enrolment, course set-up, timetabling and ongoing management of student data.
• Travel to other college sites as directed.

• Carry out MIS processes, including enrolment, course set-up, timetabling and ongoing management of student data.
• Maintain accuracy of student data for reporting and funding returns.
• Travel to Pendleton and City Skills sites and other college sites as required.
