Salford City College Group in Pendleton and City Skills sites is seeking an MIS Officer to join the Management Information Services team. The role will manage student data, enrolment, course set-up and timetabling, ensuring accurate data to support reporting and funding returns.

This post is permanent and term time only, requires 25.25 hours per week, and is mainly based on Pendleton/City Skills with travel to other college sites as directed.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIS systems is beneficial but training will be provided.
• Role involves enrolment, course set-up, timetabling and ongoing management of student data.

Responsabilités

• Carry out MIS processes including enrolment, course set-up, timetabling and ongoing management of student data.
• Support data hygiene to ensure funding returns are accurate and timely.
• Travel to other college sites as required.
