Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an MIS Officer to join the Management Information Services team. The role encompasses enrolling students, setting up courses, timetabling, and maintaining accurate student data across sites. The position is primarily based at Pendleton, with occasional travel to other college sites.

Full-time, permanent appointment at 36 hours per week. Training will be provided; experience with ProSolution is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MIS processes, including enrolment, course set-up, timetabling and ongoing management of student data.
• Mainly located at Pendleton site with requirement to travel to other college sites as directed.
• Training will be provided; prior MIS experience in a college setting is beneficial but not essential.
