The role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday including bank holidays, plus exclusive discounts and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Creating great experiences for customers from first contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle.
• Building knowledge of products and services to represent the brand with pride and excellence.
• Becoming a champion of the sales process, handling new and used car enquiry leads and converting appointments into sales.
• Delivering not just a new car but a complete package including accessories, extended warranty and finance options.
