Our MINI Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service every time.
We are looking for candidates with a background in customer service and automotive sales. The role involves communicating with customers to understand their needs and support their purchase decisions.
Working hours are flexible, often including weekends, to provide high levels of service. Alongside a salary and an achievable OTE of £45,000, benefits include a company car, subsidised manufacturer car schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym memberships, and retail discounts.
