Cranswick Country Foods in Kenninghall is seeking a Mill Cleaner to join our busy processing facility. This full-time, permanent role involves cleaning designated areas, equipment, floors and walls, while following safety protocols.

You will perform routine cleaning inspections, undertake deep cleaning and special projects, report deficiencies, manage simple work orders and inventory, and may supervise peers.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience beneficial, but not essential.

Summary

We are looking to recruit a cleaner for our Mill in Kenninghall

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for cleaning designated facility areas, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning floors & walls, machinery - when safe to do so - the restroom and WC.
• Performing and documenting routine inspections and cleaning activities.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or need of repairs.
• You will need to complete work orders, manage an inventory, and in some cases, manage other employees.
• Proper safety equipment must be worn, including hard hat, eye protection and gloves when necessary.
• You may also be required to carry out other related duties, which from time to time may be reasonably requested by the company, provided that they are within your competence
