Job summary

Cranswick PLC in Watton, Norfolk is seeking a Butchery Hygiene Operative to maintain high cleaning standards in the factory. You will follow checklists, adhere to the cleaning schedule and perform sanitation tasks as part of a busy production environment.

The role rewards reliability with a rate of pay of £13.71 per hour, overtime at time and a third, plus benefits such as pension contributions, wellbeing discounts, cycle-to-work, and holiday accrual options.

Qualifications

• Experience within a hygiene environment is desirable.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Job requirements of Butchery Hygiene Operatives:

As a Butchery Hygiene Operative you will ensure the factory is cleaned to a high standard. You will be responsible for completion of all relevant checklists and adhere to the cleaning schedule as well as completing various cleaning and sanitization tasks.

What you will need:

• Experience within a hygiene environment would be desirable


• Good English written and verbal communication skills


• You will be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative


• You will be a flexible, and a team player

Pay and benefits:

• Rate of pay – £13.71


• Overtime – time and a third after basic hours


• Pension – 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
