Job summary

Dale Farm is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator (Milk Collection) to provide essential administrative, operational and compliance support to ensure the smooth running of the milk haulage depot.

You will act as a point of contact for drivers, farmers and staff, maintain records, process timesheets and help with route planning, reporting and onboarding in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing administration in transport or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Able to handle driver queries and data entry efficiently.
• Knowledge of milk haulage operations.
• Familiar with transport systems.
• Understanding of transport compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for milk collection volumes and delivery docs.
• Update daily collection and transport data.
• Process driver timesheets, tachograph data and compliance paperwork.
• Support route planning and schedule updates.
• Interact with drivers, farmers and staff; handle delays.
• Prepare reports and KPI summaries.
• Assist onboarding paperwork.
• Track invoices and purchase orders.
