Job summary

Dale Farm is seeking an Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Manager to help run our warehouse and logistics operations. You will lead a team, ensure safe and efficient material movement, and work closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to deliver excellent service.

You will monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and collaborate across Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, Health & Safety, and HR to meet business goals. A minimum of 2 years in warehousing or logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading teams across varying shifts and levels.
• Proven ability to drive improvements using KPIs and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional functions (Finance, IT, HR, Operations).
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers to ensure service delivery.
