This role would suit an experienced program manager with:

• A track record of leading complex lending platform migrations or transformation programmes
• Deep knowledge of LoanIQ (Essential)
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle
• Experience building relationships across senior business and technology teams
• Strong programme governance, risk and controls expertise

Experience within wholesale lending operations would also be valuable.
