Job summary

Dianaduggan is seeking a Transformation Migration Analyst for AVP and VP level in London (Central) with a 6-month contract (likely extension). You will plan and manage system migrations from ACBS to Loans IQ, coordinating across technology, stakeholders, operations, controls and test teams.

Responsibilities include business analysis, data comparison, risk review, testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Onsite 2–3 days in London or Manchester; Umbrella/IR35 pay framework applies.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience with ACBS systems and/or Loan IQ
• Experience rolling out strategic and tactical change
• Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking Lending processes and procedures

Transformation Migration Analyst – AVP and VP level

We aresupporting our client with Transformation Migration Analyst’s roles, both atAVP and VP level.

You will beworking with different teams, such as technology teams, business stakeholders,operations users, controls team, migration Team and test team to plan, manageand drive the system migration from an ACBS system to Loans IQ.

You will helpwith business analysis, including analysis of the old and new system and datawithin each, roadmaps, timeframes, project documentation, testing andmigration.

Role: TransformationMigration Analyst – AVP and VP level

Start Date:January 2026

ContractLength: 6 months (with likely extension)

Location:London or Manchester 2-3 days onsite

AVP Rate:£500 - 550 per day.

VP Rate:£700 – 800 per day

Pay framework:inside IR35 – Umbrella Company

Responsibilities:

• Drive data migration, risk and control, trainingand business process alignment with migration goals and objectives
• Review and analyse risk and set controls tomitigate risk
• Ensure that all activities and duties arecarried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support internal teams, such as WholesaleLending to ensure the data in the current lending platform is compatible andready to migrate to the future Lending platform
• Be a subject matter expert for systems, processand automation change in Wholesale Lending Operations
• Take the lead on test migrations and testscenarios
• Conduct reconciliation to improve the dataquality for future migrations.
• Support with sign-off and project milestones
• Support systems implementation and executioninto BAU and provide support, guidance and issues escalation, resolving anyissues.
• Support the execution on new systems andprocesses
• Support with continuous improvement and deliveryof Operational Readiness
• Review feedback from different workstreams andteams and applying this to delivery plans.
• Produce presentation materials, detailingroadmaps, project milestones, testing and training
• Extract and interpret data and use this to be asubject matter expert for teams during the migration project.
• Maintain awareness of business process changethroughout the different project phases
• Tracking and report on progress, automationchanges, migration testing and “go live”
• Help create bespoke testing scenarios, scripts,frameworks, procedures and management information

Requirements:

• Essential: You must have experience with ACBSsystems and/or Loan IQ
• Previous experience of rolling out strategic andtactical change
• Proven knowledge of Corporate and InvestmentBanking Lending processes and procedures
