Job summary

Cirium is seeking a Migration Manager to work with customers through migrations, onboarding and service changes. You will coordinate across the business to maintain momentum, minimize disruption and ensure customers feel informed and supported while building scalable processes that improve outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer onboarding, implementations, migrations or complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through onboarding, migrations and service changes.
• Own and coordinate migrations end-to-end, manage risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure outcomes.
• Build scalable, customer-led processes and leverage AI/automation from day one.
• Help shape a new capability focused on customer experience and operating efficiency.
