NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to drive demand, build qualified pipeline, and accelerate growth across EMEA and LATAM.

The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, engaging customers and partners, and delivering measurable pipeline and bookings impact. You will develop executive-level relationships, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, and build go-to-market plays around hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and workload

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Go-to-Market, Cloud Transformation or Infrastructure Modernization.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue growth at enterprise level.
• Experience building target account strategies from triggers and events.
• Strong understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud data infrastructure and modernization strategies.
• Ability to develop and present business cases to CIOs and CFOs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own Migration & Modernization pipeline generation strategy across EMEA/LATAM.
• Identify target accounts based on modernization triggers and cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners on campaigns and executive engagements to create opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships to uncover and qualify opportunities.
• Expand opportunities within existing customers through modernization and cloud transformation.
• Drive new business through migration events and competitive displacement programs.
• Create repeatable demand-generation programs and GTM plays.
