Job summary

VIQU IT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Migration Engineer for a hybrid role with an immediate start on a 3-month initial contract. You will drive Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, Azure AD/Entra ID movements and align processes across M&A related offices and teams.

The role focuses on delivering complex migrations using Quest On Demand in a large enterprise environment while minimising business disruption. Hybrid work is supported in Letchworth Garden City or High Wycombe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with large-scale M365 tenant migrations in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering infrastructure migrations during Merger & Acquisition or divestment programs.
• Strong background with Quest On Demand and Azure AD/Entra ID migrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale M&A, divestment and infrastructure separation projects.
• Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Utilise Quest On Demand to deliver large-scale tenant migrations.
• Support process migrations across business and technical environments as part of the M&A programme.
• Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations, including users, groups, identities and access.
• Support the migration of Microsoft 365 services, mailboxes, SharePoint and associated workloads.
• Ensure migrations are delivered against agreed timelines while minimising business disruption.

Migration Engineer - Hybrid - Immediate Start - 3 months Initial Contract

My client is looking for an M365 Migration Engineer to support a large-scale tenant to tenant migration project as part of a Merger & Acquisition programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of hands-on engineering projects delivering large scale-scale Microsoft tenant migrations, policy migrations and infrastructure separation migrations using Quest On Demand (Quest OD).

Required Skills & Experience of the Migration Engineer:

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Delivery of Infrastructure migration projects in during a Merger & Acquisition / Divestment.
• Strong Experience and background using Quest On Demand.
• Extensive experience with Azure AD / Entra ID migrations and identity management.
• Experience delivering process migrations with M&A or transformation programmes.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure experience.
