Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is seeking an M365 Migration Engineer for a hybrid, 3-month initial contract to support a large-scale tenant-to-tenant migration as part of an M&A programme.

The role focuses on delivering complex Microsoft 365 migrations using Quest On Demand, with emphasis on Azure AD/Entra ID migrations and workload separation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Delivery of Infrastructure migration projects during Merger & Acquisition / Divestment.
• Strong Experience with Quest On Demand.
• Extensive experience with Azure AD / Entra ID migrations and identity management.
• Experience delivering process migrations with M&A or transformation programmes.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale M&A, divestment and infrastructure separation projects.
• Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Utilise Quest On Demand (Quest OD) to deliver large-scale tenant migrations.
• Support process migration across business and technical environments as part of the M&A programme.
• Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations, including users, groups, identities and access.
• Support the migration of Microsoft 365 services, mailboxes, SharePoint and associated workloads.
• Ensure migrations are delivered against agreed timelines while minimising business disruption.

Migration Engineer - Hybrid - Immediate Start - 3 months Initial Contract

My client is looking for an M365 Migration Engineer to support a large-scale tenant to tenant migration project as part of a Merger & Acquisition programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of hands‑on engineering projects delivering large scale-scale Microsoft tenant migrations, policy migrations and infrastructure separation migrations using Quest On Demand (Quest OD).

Required Skills & Experience of the Migration Engineer:

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Delivery of Infrastructure migration projects in during a Merger & Acquisition / Divestment.
• Strong Experience and background using Quest On Demand.
• Extensive experience with Azure AD / Entra ID migrations and identity management.
