Job summary

Empowered Personnel in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a temp-to-perm role (12 weeks). You will weld mild steel from 2mm to 10mm, check weld quality, and help ensure finished products meet specifications.

You must have previous MIG welding experience and your own welding mask; shifts offer several options from early to late, with some Fridays off. Pay rates £13.50–£14.50 per hour DOE.

Flexible Shift Options

Shift 1

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 1:15pm

Shift 2

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Shift 3

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 12:00am
• Fridays Off
