MIG Welder - Day Shift (Hinckley)

Location: Hinckley

Pay Rate: £13.92 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our client's team on a day shift in Hinckley.

You will be working on a variety of fabrication tasks, primarily MIG welding sheet metal and stainless steel components, within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding sheet metal (1mm-15mm) and some stainless steel
• Setting up and adjusting welding equipment as required
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and production paperwork
• Carrying out quality checks on finished components
• Working to tight deadlines and production targets
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

About You

To be considered, you should have:

• At least 2 years' MIG welding experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
• Experience setting up welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as required
