Job description

Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder

We are currently seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join our friendly, well-established client in Blandford.

In this role, you will be part of a team of skilled welders working on a wide range of fabricated products for various industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform MIG and TIG welding on materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to accurately fabricate assemblies.
3. Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning and cutting, to ensure proper fit and finish.
4. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• At least 12 months of experience in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, with basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components.

Rates vary depending on experience.

Hours:

7am to 5.30pm, Monday; 7am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday.
