Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Salary: Competitive

Location: Verwood, Dorset. BH31 6BB

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week.

Pearce Compaction Systems are manufacturers of Compactors & Balers for the waste and Recycling industry.

We have an exciting role for a MIG welder/ fabricator who will work assembling our machines in our workshop based in Verwood, Dorset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Predominantly welding - Starting with the smaller Balers.
2. Assembling Compactors and Balers.
3. Non welding activities e.g. some forming/folding, grinding and fabricating.

About you:

1. Have a good knowledge of fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork.
2. A self-motivated individual.
3. Ability to work on your own.
4. Fork Truck Licence preferable.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Fits in well with a small team.
