Job description

We are currently looking for experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join our friendly, well established client in Blandford.

In this welder role, you will join a team of experienced welders working on a comprehensive range of fabricated products for diverse industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing MIG and TIG welding on various materials, such as stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
2. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate assemblies accurately.
3. Preparing materials for welding, including cleaning and cutting, to ensure proper fit and finish.
4. Setting up and operating welding equipment safely and efficiently.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

1. A minimum of 12 months of experience in MIG welding is often expected.
2. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, coupled with basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
3. Experience in measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components.

Rates vary dependant upon experience.

Hours:

7am to 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
