Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing environment in Daventry. The role is hands-on welding of mild steel and production jigs, with dayshift hours 07:00-17:00, Monday to Thursday.

You will weld 2-3mm mild steel, ensure welds meet specifications and maintain quality throughout production. A production/manufacturing background and reliability are essential, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
