Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting out materials to be cut or joined.
• Operating semi-automatic spot-welding equipment used in high-volume production.
• Following engineering instructions and drawings.
• Ensuring quality, volume, and safety standards are achieved.
• Maintaining equipment, involving manual handling.
• Performing any other duties as required.

The Person:

• Previous MIG or TIG welding / fabrication experience (essential).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to meet production demands.
• Effective communicator across all levels.
• High accuracy to produce quality work on the first attempt.

Working Hours:

7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday / 7am - 12.45pm Friday.
