University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Midwife Clinical Educator to join the practice development team. The role includes mandatory and essential training, service activity, preceptorship programmes and clinical placements in line with Trust policies and national guidelines.

The successful candidate will train staff, support preceptorship and induction, and ensure education is evidence-based and updated annually.

Responsabilités

• Provide access to education and training to ensure staff maintain required skills and competencies.
• Lead preceptorship programmes and induction for new staff.
• Coordinate clinical placements and evidence-based training updates.
• Support staff through the preceptorship and induction programmes and provide access to education and training.
