Job summary

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Education and Mandatory Training Facilitator to lead education and competency development across multiple student and staff groups. The post supports hybrid working in Derbyshire within the NHS Agenda for Change framework, Band 6 level, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Registered Health Care practitioner.
• Experience in clinical skills teaching, assessment and competency-based education.
• Ability to develop accessible, high-quality educational resources.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate mandatory, clinical skills education programmes.
• Deliver induction, mandatory training and skills courses to diverse workforces.
• Set priorities and learning outcomes aligned with education plans and standards.
• Develop and facilitate classroom, virtual, blended and simulation-based learning.
• Review lesson plans, materials and assessments to reflect current evidence and guidelines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate content.
