Job summary

Eden Brown in Bristol is seeking a Midweight Workplace Designer to join a growing workplace design and build consultancy. You will produce workplace design concepts, space plans, mood boards and design narratives, while collaborating with clients and project teams.

The role offers direct client exposure, ownership of projects, and career progression within an award-winning business that focuses on people-centred workplaces and sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial office design or D&B fit-out
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong space planning skills
• Ability to present to clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Passion for creating engaging workplaces
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally

Responsibilities

• Produce workplace design concepts and space plans
• Develop client briefs and space requirements
• Create mood boards, presentations and design narratives
• Produce test fits and feasibility studies
• Prepare detailed drawing packages
• Conduct site surveys and client meetings
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
• Support delivery from concept to completion
• Present design proposals to clients
• Stay up to date with design trends and sustainability
