Job summary

Eden Brown in Bristol is seeking a Midweight Workplace Designer to join a growing workplace design and build consultancy. You will produce workplace design concepts, space plans, mood boards and design narratives, while collaborating with clients and project teams.

The role offers direct client exposure, ownership of projects, and career progression within an award-winning business that focuses on people-centred workplaces and sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial office design or D&B fit-out
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong space planning skills

Responsibilities

• Produce workplace design concepts and space plans

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Midweight Designer to join a growing workplace design and build consultancy in Bristol.

The business specialises in creating inspiring, people-focused workplaces and is looking for a designer who combines creativity with commercial awareness. You'll work directly with clients, helping transform ideas into engaging office environments that enhance employee experience and support business performance.

This role would suit an ambitious designer looking to take ownership of projects and develop their career within a growing, award-winning business.

The Role

• Producing workplace design concepts and space planning solutions
• Developing client briefs and understanding workplace requirements
• Creating mood boards, presentations and design narratives
• Producing test fits and feasibility studies
• Preparing detailed drawing packages
• Undertaking site surveys and client meetings
• Collaborating with project managers and construction teams
• Assisting in the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Presenting design proposals to clients
• Keeping up to date with workplace design trends, sustainability initiatives and emerging technologies

About You

• Experience within commercial office design, workplace interiors or D&B fit-out
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong space planning skills
