Job summary

Luzern eCommerce Group is seeking a talented Mid Weight Designer to join our Content team in London. You will design assets for Amazon and other marketplaces, translating briefs into on-brand visuals and collaborating with the Content Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery.

You will work independently and with a team, applying strong time management and attention to detail while staying current with design trends and marketplace standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience designing for Amazon (A+ content, Storefronts, PDP imagery).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience producing content for digital or ecommerce platforms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• High attention to visual detail, layout, and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for Amazon and other marketplaces from concept to final artwork.
• Translate briefs into on-brand visual content.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Content Operations Manager to deliver timely work.
• Provide clear design feedback to stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across outputs.
• Identify issues early and raise dependencies.
• Stay updated on design trends and marketplace standards.
• Mentor junior designers or partners.
• Lead or support Adobe Creative Suite training.
• Contribute to defining content strategies and feedback on copy.
