Job summary

Luzern eCommerce in London is seeking a talented Mid Weight Designer to bolster our Content team. You will support the Content Operations Manager on optimization projects for high-profile clients across marketplaces, primarily Amazon, from concept to final artwork.

You will produce digital assets, ensure brand consistency across cultures and markets, work with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and collaborate with copywriters and junior designers to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience designing for Amazon (A+ content, Storefronts, PDP imagery).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (3+ years required).
• Experience producing content for digital or e-commerce platforms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• High attention to visual detail, layout, and brand alignment.
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, from concept to final artwork.
• Translate client briefs into engaging, on-brand visual content.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager and team to deliver high-quality, timely work.
• Communicate design ideas and feedback clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all outputs.
• Proactively identify issues or dependencies and raise them early.
• Stay current with design trends, marketplace standards, and UX best practices.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers or third party partners.
• Conduct or support training sessions in Adobe Creative Suite for the team.
• Define overall content strategies for our clients and provide feedback on designs and copy created.
