The role emphasizes strong craft, collaboration with internal teams and clients, and the ability to translate brand messages into compelling visuals across channels. Hybrid work is available in a four-day-in-office pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency is desirable.
• Demonstrates strong creative excellence and conceptual thinking.
• Can confidently integrate a brand’s message, colour, imagery, type and composition.
• Knowledge of current and upcoming creative and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers strong thinking, craft and accomplishments within the field of practice.
• Partners with clients and internal teams to elevate creative solutions that support the client brief and project goals.
• Confidently works across multiple projects, coordinating with design, client and production teams to meet needs.
